Bidriware from Bidar, Karnataka, India, has been a prized symbol of wealth since the 14th century rule of the medieval Indian Kingdom of Bahamani Sultans. The forms are cast in a blackened alloy of zinc and copper inlaid with striking Silver inlay artwork. This black & silver square tray creates a art-like functionality.
