ECOSHI was born as an idea to contribute towards saving the environment with eco-friendly product design by designer Ayushi.
In their products, plastic or any harsh chemicals are replaced by temple flowers, kitchen waste and other natural materials followed by a natural process of Eco printing.
They imprint nature in the form of- Journals, Scrunchies, Scarves, Bookmarks, Bandanas.
Purpose
The products are made with the mission to leave a lesser carbon footprint behind, encouraging the use or 'reuse' of resources which are thrown away. Their vision is to support the use of biodegradable materials to ensure no harm to the environment. The basic idea of reuse and recycle is applied in the products.
People
Ayushi works with local artisans in Jaipur for dyeing and stitching of the products that are all designed and handmade by her. Since natural dyes do not contain any carcinogenic components that synthetic dyes do, they are generally better for the environment and safe for human use. Synthetic dye produces harmful chemicals that can be toxic to humans and can lead to hazardous working conditions in clothing factories, as well as toxic pollution.By using natural dyes, workers avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, which can have severe health consequences when used over a long period of time.

ECOSHI is a brand consisting of sustainable environmentally friendly products free from any chemicals thus causing no harm to nature and the human body. Only biodegradable and renewable resources go into the production of the products which are handmade. This leads to leaving little to no carbon footprint behind.
