Kakoli Aarup Bhattacharjee, the visionary behind a homegrown clothing label, discovered her passion for hand embroidery at a young age, inspired and mentored by her mother. Over the years, she mastered a diverse range of traditional embroidery techniques from around the world, developing a deep technical understanding of needlework. In 2019, she transformed her expertise into a boutique label specializing in designing and customizing hand-embroidered garments such as dresses, blouses, sarees, jackets, shirts, tops, and kaftans. Each piece is crafted with textiles handmade in small batches using traditional processes, ensuring sustainability and authenticity. These fabrics, including Kala Cotton from Gujarat, Kotpad from Odisha, Jamdani from West Bengal, Mull Cotton from Jaipur, Ikat from Telangana, and Ponduru Khadi, are naturally dyed and paired with intricate hand embroidery to create timeless, eco-conscious fashion. Every creation reflects a blend of artistry, heritage, and a commitment to sustainability
