Purple Pitara, started in 2023, is a clothing brand which brings seamless fusion of traditional Indian fabrics like patola, brocade and chikankari with signature contemporary prints and designs. Their pieces are luxurious, lightweight, and versatile and are designed to transcend seasons and occasions with you. They have a vast variety of indo western dresses, tops, jackets, co-ord sets.
Purpose
Lately, Indian handicrafts and art are facing a downfall due to the fast-changing world and lack of market support. Purple Pitara is promoting these traditions by understanding the global market and rooting for the craft, culture, and traditions. These artworks and handicrafts are being passed from generation to generation. Reviving cultural heritage is what we are trying to achieve. At the same time, their designs are focused to new modern cuts and designs.

Purple Pitara keeps in check that their artesian and workers are paid fair living wages and the working conditions are comfortable and tidy so that the employees can work efficiently in a healthy environment.
Planet
Purple Pitara, do a smaller batch of production, to avoid any dead stock inventory. In few of their pieces, they use Organic cambric linen cotton fabric that is made from a blend of organic cotton and linen fibers, which are grown without the use of harmful pesticides and chemicals. The quality of the manufacturing is taken care of in a manner that not a single thread stitch will cause a rash on the skin. The packaging of the products is biodegradable and recyclable as well. They aim of having a positive impact on the environment and helping the planet revive its resources.
