They have a masterful team of 20-25 artisans that are involved in the making of the garments. These artisans have been instrumental at each step to execute the vision from intangible thoughts to a tangible product. Rias Jaipur shows a keen interest in working for the betterment and development of the artisan community. They have adopted a few looms that are functional throughout the year for production enabling optimum use to maximize profits for the artisans. Alongside they also work on the skill development of artisans, this, in turn, helps artisans to hone their expertise within the craft.
Planet
At Rias Jaipur, they have been working hard to sensitize the community to the struggles faced by artisan circles. Their fabric making involves handspun, handwoven, and hand-printed fabrics that are crafted with the utmost vigilance with fibers and dyes that are natural, azo-free dyes that cause no harm to the environment. They have adopted practices to ensure zero waste in production. They collect all their cutting waste and reuse it to develop recycled products incorporating crafts to confirm zero wastage. Their packaging is quite minimal and consists of brown paper that is used to wrap the garments.
