Sole Stories represents thoughtfully designed vegan accessories that aim to be inclusive, sustainable, ethical, artisanal and raw.
Purpose
Sole Stories hopes to be an extension of a conscious lifestyle choice, that moves towards seeing fashion as an expression of self; as part of a greater whole rather than a trend-driven indifferent exercise. This intention is set into motion by creating accessory pieces that use sustainable vegan alternatives like Pineapple leaf fiber, upcycled rubber tires, and recycled plastic amongst others.
People
As a brand, Sole stories is very aware of the human factor within the supply chain. Each time the said accessory changes hands within the chain, it imbibes with it not only craftsmanship that is perfected and passed down through generations but also aspirations of the artisan and maker. They believe the only way to be authentic is to be thoughtful about everything that goes into the accessories right from the design language to the materials and techniques used. Their workforce consists of 7 artisans (including embroidery) of the same 3 are women.

All Sole Stories products are made out of eco-friendly raw materials like pineapple leaf fiber, upcycled rubber tires, upcycled plastic. These Thoughtful designs are crafted keeping in mind versatility and longevity. The packaging is also sustainable as it is done using jute bags. These shoes are completely handcrafted in a comfortable working environment.
