The Bare bar grew out of the founder’s affinity to nature. Coming from a family that spearheaded Tourism, Art & Culture, and Environmental Conservation domains in the Rajasthan Govt; she imbibed all she saw as a child - thereby naturally acquiring a heart that feels for the environment and an eye for art. Thus Bare bare is a home grown hand crafted sustainable beauty & wellness brand and feels that one can indulge one's senses, nurture and nourish oneself and yet be caring of one's environment.
Purpose
Their motto is “Simple, Clean, Sustainable” and we use all natural and clean ingredients, packaged sustainably. They are very mindful with what we send down the drains into the oceans and our environment. The entire brand identity, look, feel, palette range and campaign of the brand is a story Radhika has conceptualised, envisioned and believed in forever. She has personally curated her personal favourite fragrances for The Bare Bar palette. With a rich art and cultural background backing her, the brand aesthetics have been her focus and calling
People
As a homegrown brand, they work with local people in the area to ensure livelihoods as they create wellness products and use only natural raw materials that are good for the planet and the people.
Planet
Keeping sustainability in mind, they use no plastic in packaging. Their Soap Bars are wrapped simply in butter paper, and the creams and lip balms in simple tins. No bubble wrap, cling wrap, plastic bottles or anything that is not biodegradable. All the other products are completely natural and chemical free. Their colours are derived from the addition of oils infused with seeds, roots and clays. The beautiful scents are from heavenly essential oils, which also add nourishing properties to each bar. All the scrubs are made with natural ingredients like cloves, coconut, walnut shell powder and Oatmeal. No synthetic colours, chemicals or microplastics, ever.
