The Hobbyt currently comprises a diverse team of women from various socio-economic backgrounds. Some are dedicated house-helps who contribute their free time to the brand, while others hail from waste picker communities and marginalized backgrounds. Additionally, there are single women striving to financially support their families and new mothers seeking flexible work arrangements due to time constraints.
