The brand’s founder is a nutritionist and a health coach but is also a self-confessed foodie who wouldn't have it any other way! The Mint Enfold was founded by Culinary Nutritionist, Health Coach and Author - Ritika Agarwal. For Ritika, good health is so much more than following a particular diet or a meal plan or the current trend. Mind, body, soul - that’s really her mantra as a foodie! For Ritika, seeing people transform once they embark on a wellness program, or through small lifestyle changes would really give her a high. And hence she decided to extend her love for food to the whole world and make healthy snacks that you can much away guilt-free. So, a blend of passion and knowledge that Ritika gathered over the years, coupled with choicest ingredients gave born to the Mint Enfold. Witnessing millions of people living better lives through the incorporation of these products is a commitment that the brand wholeheartedly embraces. The brand is conscious of the social impact it has on the society. They try and procure their raw materials and ingredients from women entrepreneurs or home-grown brands and do their bit in promoting small-scale brands directly and the farmers and artisans working for them indirectly. Also their ingredients are all sourced from brands ‘Made In India’ and they focus on seasonal yet innovative flavors indigenous to the country.
Planet
Both the packaging of their products (paper packaging) and the products itself (conscious vegetarian/vegan snacking) contribute to sustainability in terms of reduced greenhouse gas emissions, lower land and water usage and reduced pollution.
