In our pursuit of sustainability, Flourish partnered with Livabl to conduct a comprehensive carbon footprint analysis of our operations. In this endeavor, Livabl conducted a comprehensive analysis of the complete operations, encompassing everything from product delivery to the employees' commute.
The Flourish Impact
The results of our carbon footprint analysis motivated us to take concrete actions to mitigate our environmental impact. Today, we are proud to announce that Flourish is officially Carbon Neutral.
We achieved this milestone by planting a remarkable 148 bamboo trees in Chikmagalur, Hassan and Shimoga districts of Karnataka, a symbol of sustainability, known for their rapid growth and carbon sequestration capabilities. By planting these bamboo trees, Flourish is not only offsetting its carbon emissions but also contributing to the restoration of our planet's natural beauty and balance.
We also identified that the delivery process plays a pivotal role in the escalation of our Carbon Footprint. Consequently, we have implemented the Shipping Offset initiative, with the objective of planting trees annually and restoration of the local ecosystem to counterbalance the emissions generated by our business operations.
