Traditional Bengali chutney that is tart, spicy and sweet. This is a rich chutney that includes the addition of dates and raisins. Tempered with traditional Bengali spice mix ‘Paanch foron’ (5 spice mix) the chutney celebrates flavours. This tomato chutney comes from a traditional Bengali household, with the paanch foron mix handed down to the lady by her mother-in-law.
