Centered in the Jamia Nagar community of Delhi, the organization offers accessible skill development programs that empower women within their own neighborhoods. Through its dedicated production and training center, WLG ensures that women can gain valuable embroidery and craftsmanship skills without the need to travel far, removing common barriers related to mobility and safety. The enterprise predominantly uses recycled poly-felt and is increasingly incorporating hand-block printed fabrics sourced from traditional artisans in Gujarat and Rajasthan, supporting both eco-friendly materials and local craft communities.
