DOMESTIC :  (For Orders Within India)

Shipping Policy 

1. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 999 For orders below that, there is a shipping fee of Rs. 100.

2. As each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping information.

3. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you only on business days. If you are unavailable when our courier partner arrives with your delivery, they will make two more delivery attempts. If you’re still unavailable after the third attempt, your order will be returned to us.

4. As soon as your package ships, we will email package tracking information to you.

Returns and Refunds 

In case, you wish to return your product:

1. Flourish returns policy gives you the option to return items purchased on Flourish within 10days (Eligible products will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information).We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

2. Please note, once you start your return journey, your item will be picked up and sent to the maker for a thorough quality check. After the quality check you refund will be processed (The process will take approximately 6-7 days). Click here to start your refund process.

3. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can mail us at Flourish Support.

4. Not all products are eligible for returns. Please check on the return & shipping info on the product page to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.

5. Once we receive the product back from you, we will initiate the refund process. It usually takes about 10 days in the entire process. Please ensure that the product is packed in its original packing and the tags are intact. Note that the return can only be successful if the product is undamaged.

6. Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund. The same amount will be credited back to the payment mode that used to checkout.

7. We will not be able accommodate multiple exchange requests for the same product/order.

8. Please read product specific return information on each product page, we will not be able to accept any returns beyond the 10 day return/exchange window.

Cancellation policy 

Cancellation requests will only be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order as we cannot cancel a shipment that has already been dispatched.

You can initiate a return or exchange only within 10 calendar days of placing an order.

INTERNATIONAL : (For Orders Outside India)

International Shipping Policy

Shipping costs vary by country/region. Please note that duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees are strictly enforced and are not included in your order amount at checkout. Your order total will be calculated in USD. Please note that you may be charged in your local currency at an exchange rate selected by the issuing bank which may also include foreign transaction fees. These are not determined by Flourish and are not included in your order total at checkout. 

Cancellations

Cancellation requests will only be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order, as we cannot cancel a shipment that has already been dispatched. At Flourish, we try our best to reach you wherever you are. If there are any shipping restrictions for your delivery address, you’ll see this at the time of purchase. In case the order is cancelled due to unavoidable reasons, you will be notified through an e-mail.

Returns and Refunds 

No returns and exchanges are allowed for international orders. In the unlikely event that your order arrivesdamaged, please email us a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code within 48 hours of receiving your order.  

All relevant duties and taxes levied for return of the product will be borne by the customer.
